Sanborn Gun Shop - Return Policy
All firearm and ammunition sales are FINAL from the time of initial order placement. If prior to transfer the product is deemed defective, Sanborn Gun Shop will work directly with supplier(s) to have the item replaced or repaired based on the supplier / manufacturers guidelines. If after transfer the product is deemed defective, Sanborn Gun Shop will gladly assist and provide guidance to the customer in working directly with the manufacturer for warranty claims.
Non Firearms & Non Ammunition
A Return Authorization (RA#) Number is required for all returned merchandise and must be requested within 30 days of original invoice date. Contact us directly at (716) 525-3674 to request an RA#.
RA#’s are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.
All authorized returns are subject to a minimum a 25% restocking fee PLUS a $75 flat fee. Additionally, customer shall be responsible for any costs related to return shipping. If the product is deemed defective in any way, Sanborn Gun Shop will gladly assist and provide guidance to the customer in working directly with the manufacturer for warranty claims.
Incomplete Transfers & Refused Shipments
Customers unable to meet NICS & other local firearm ownership requirements AND / OR where SGS cannot transfer a firearm or any other item, including but not limited to refused shipments to a customer or FFL for any reason, SGS MAY provide the customer potential options however the conditions of SGS policies will apply and be enforced.
