• Non-firearm items can be picked up or shipped (except ammunition, which must be picked up in person in NYS).

• OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMERS:

• We will contact your local FFL dealer and it will arrive at your local dealer within 3 - 4 business days.
• Complete the paperwork and pick up your item at your local dealer.
• Non-firearms will be shipped directly to you.

"OTHER FIREARMS":

• Only law enforcement officers (LEOs) may purchase in NYS.
• Sale of "other" style firearms to non-LEOs in NY is prohibited.

SEMI AUTO RIFLES SOLD IN NY:

• Buyers must provide proof of eligibility.
• In some counties (e.g., Niagara County), a NYS Pistol Permit with a “Semi-Auto Rifle” endorsement is required.
• Contact your local pistol permit office for county-specific rules.

• Must include an NYS SAFE Act Compliance Kit for sales to non-LEOs.
• Kit includes:

• (1) Rear takedown pin
