⚠️ SCAM ALERTWe have been made aware of a nationwide phone scam in which callers falsely claim to be from a bank's fraud department and tell victims that someone is attempting to purchase a firearm at Sanborn Gun Shop using a fraudulent credit card opened in their name. THIS CLAIM IS COMPLETELY FALSE. The scammers' goal is to create a sense of urgency and eventually convince you to provide sensitive personal information, such as your Social Security number, banking information, or other confidential details. If You Receive One of These Calls: Do not provide any personal information. Hang up immediately. Contact your bank directly using the phone number on the back of your debit or credit card to verify any concerns.
